Every report below is real ScheduleLens output, generated from a synthetic demonstration project. Read them in full — HTML in the browser, or download the PDF and Excel appendix. No sign-up.
The same series, but with a revised programme accepted mid-project (an EOT award). Each update is measured against the plan in force for its own era — so a snapshot after the re-plan is never read as "ahead of a plan that didn't exist yet". Shows the baseline-evolution ledger, per-era re-anchoring, and the recorded "was it agreed?" resolution.
A subscriber capability: you designate the baselines on a project you track over time. A one-time series report measures against a single baseline you choose.
The interactive view subscribers get: forecast finish, DCMA compliance, critical-path and float trends charted across successive snapshots, so a slip shows up the update it starts.
The same reports run on your files — Primavera P6 (XER, XML), Microsoft Project (XML, MPP) and Asta Powerproject (PP). Source files are deleted after analysis.
