About ScheduleLens
Forensic-grade schedule analysis, built by someone who has been accountable for the asset.
Who's behind ScheduleLens
Robert Kay — Founder
Owner-Side Project Director · Major Infrastructure, PPP & Energy Transition · Perth, Australia
ScheduleLens was created by Robert Kay, an owner-side Project Director with over 20 years' experience leading and managing major infrastructure and energy asset developments across Australia and the UK — including PPP and DBFM projects delivered under EPC and D&C models.
Robert has held Employer's Representative authority and senior accountability to boards, financiers, regulators, and government stakeholders across the full asset lifecycle — from project definition and procurement strategy through construction, commissioning, market and network interface, and operational handover. Much of his work has involved stabilising delivery and guiding complex assets through periods of change and constraint toward operable outcomes.
That owner-side vantage point is why ScheduleLens exists. On major projects, the programme is where delivery risk hides — yet a defensible, forensic read on a schedule has traditionally meant expensive consultants and weeks of turnaround. ScheduleLens puts that analysis directly in the hands of the people accountable for the asset, in minutes.
"Regardless of project size or budget, every PM or PD should be able to run a forensic deep-dive on the contractor's schedule — even without the native software."Connect with Robert on LinkedIn
Our vision
ScheduleLens is a web-based platform that lets construction professionals upload a project schedule in any major format — Primavera P6 (XER and XML), MS Project (XML and MPP), or Asta Powerproject (PP) — and receive an automated, forensic-quality analysis report within minutes.
We believe professional schedule analysis should be accessible to every project team, not just those with the budget for specialist consultancies or enterprise software licences. Our goal is to democratise forensic schedule analysis for the construction industry.
The problem we solve
Today, forensic schedule analysis is slow, expensive, and gatekept. A single delay analysis can cost thousands of dollars from a specialist consultancy and take weeks to deliver. Enterprise tools like Deltek Acumen 360 require expensive licences, training, and desktop software.
ScheduleLens replaces this with an instant, automated workflow: upload your file, get your report. No installations, no training, no waiting.
Built for professionals
Our analysis engine is built on industry-standard methodologies used by planning professionals worldwide. Reports include critical path analysis, float distribution, logic checks, constraint auditing, DCMA 14-Point scoring, and — for delay analysis — forensic two-schedule comparisons with AI-generated executive narratives.
