These terms govern your use of Schedule Analyser (schedulelens.com), operated by OwnYourMind. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

Schedule Analyser is a web-based construction schedule analysis tool. Users upload project schedule files (XER, Primavera P6 XML, MS Project XML, and other supported formats), and the platform produces automated forensic analysis reports including delay analysis, critical path identification, float consumption tracking, and AI-generated narrative summaries.

Account Terms

  • You must provide a valid email address and create a password to register an account.
  • One account per person. Shared or team accounts are not permitted at this time.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain account security.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.

Acceptable Use

  • Upload only schedule files that you are authorised to share and analyse. Do not upload files containing data you do not have the right to process.
  • Do not abuse the service, including but not limited to: automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or uploading malicious files.
  • Do not attempt to access other users' data, accounts, or analysis reports. Any unauthorised access attempt may result in immediate account termination.

Analysis Output Disclaimer

Schedule Analyser output is analytical in nature. It is not expert opinion, expert determination, or legal advice. Reports are produced by automated analysis algorithms and AI-generated narrative. They have not been reviewed by a qualified delay analyst, scheduling specialist, or legal professional. Users should obtain independent professional advice before relying on analysis output for contractual decisions, dispute resolution, or formal submissions.

Intellectual Property

  • Your content: You retain full ownership of any schedule files you upload and any analysis reports generated from them. Reports may be shared, distributed, or used by you in any manner you see fit.
  • Our platform: We own and retain all rights to the analysis engine, algorithms, software, platform design, and underlying technology. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to our intellectual property beyond use of the service as intended.

Payment Terms

  • Schedule Analyser operates on per-analysis pricing. You are charged for each analysis you run.
  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
  • Access to completed analysis reports is gated until payment is confirmed.
  • Refund policy: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a report, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will review the report and issue a refund at our discretion.

Data Handling

For full details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy. In summary: schedule files are deleted immediately after processing, analysis reports are stored encrypted and scoped to your account, and your data is your data — we never sell, share, or monetise it.

Service Availability

Schedule Analyser is currently in V1 beta. The service is provided on a best-effort basis and we do not guarantee any specific level of uptime or availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice. We will endeavour to notify users of material changes via email.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Schedule Analyser and OwnYourMind shall not be liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on the output of analysis reports.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will notify registered users via email at the address associated with their account.

Governing Law
